XEPA SPX312 300 Lumen Outdoor Black Solar LED Lamp with Post Mount and Stay on Function

Another winner by Xepa! I've had the 300 Lumen lampost (motion activated) for a couple of years and loved it so much that I purchased this one. This lamp has a timer option: 6 hours or 12 hours of light. Here is how easy this is to install: This time instsead of drilling into a cement slab, I purchase an anchor kit....that was super easy and wished I had that a couple of years, ago. Anyway, once that was installed (took about 5 minutes)...I opened the box, screwed in the base of this post. Screwed in the two posts together, attached the lamp, itself and within 15 minutes....it was up, installed and ready to go! That evening, it was shining brightly (comes precharged; yippee!) The seeded glass gives a cool shadowing affect on the ground. I've had this lampost installed for 7 days, now....the last 3 have been dark and rainy yet this lamp still shines bright at night (my other one, hasn't for the last two nights...needs a sunny day) I would highly recommend this lampost to anyone wanting a solar light. The price is great, the quality is there, super easy to install and the finished look is Awesome!! You won't be sorry if you make the decision to purchase this item. I'd give it 6 stars if that were an option!

This was our first purchase of Solar lighting . We installed a new entrance gate and did not want to run electric all the way outto street on our acreage. Therefore we wanted to try Solar. We put two of these on each side of our gate entrance since itis so dark at our entrance. It lights up the entrance enough to see our entrance and gate, we keep in on "low' but when weapproach the gate it lights up brighter ! We like the dim lighting it gives off, and hope they last ! We installed them on Feb 1st so we have had them now one month ....So far it is great

The first light we ordered arrived with a broken lamp. This was caused by very inadequate packing and no additional protection for the lamp itself. Amazon did provide paid return shipping and quickly sent a replacement. The lamp was easily mounted on a yard post and was operational for nearly a month. However, after a fairly heavy rain the lamp filled with water. Unfortunately, this occurred on an evening with falling temperatures. As a result, the lamp glass cracked. The owner's manual stated that the lamp came with a one year warranty, but the product must be returned to the manufacture with proof of purchase. The lamp has been returned, however, we have had no further correspondence from the company.

We've tried several solar and solar/motion post lamps over the years. Most war plastic but worked okay until components fizzled. This XEPA 300 lumen looks fantastic, is metal and works like a charm - comes on right at dusk and is still going strong till well after we go to sleep @ midnight.Update: Our tree removal company nailed the solar light with their equipment and I came back here to buy another to replace that one now broken. Sad to see we can't just buy the lamp anymore. We don't need the lamp and pole. Will have to look elsewhere for another brand.

I bought 2 of these lights they are really pretty. I finally unpacked them today to install and both lights are missing decorative nuts to bolt it to the bracket 😔 This took my project from excitement to disappointment.

Easy to install but folks buying this light need to realize the output is no where close to any normal light on a lamp post.

Ordered two, and one arrived broken at the stem between the light and post fitting. Replacement arrived - same break in same place, and once again the packaging was undamaged. Weld and/or metal work appears to be very poor in that area, and I am not confident it will hold up under even a windstorm's amount of pressure. Buyer beware.

Although it gives off a beautiful light and we love the timer feature, the product itself is very poorly made. It fills with water, which freezes during cold weather. We've only had the lamp since October 2016 and recently noticed the glass is now broken. We won't be buying another from this company.
