I have a bad reaction to Ibrufin gel and these patches contain no Ibrufin. They stick on well. Found it was itchy but it does the job of pain relieve. Note my knee problem, Pes Anserinus Bursitis/Syndrome, may be different to other customers. They should first confirm with doctors

These heat patches work really well, initially I felt it was too hot and thinking I may be allergic to them but it soon settled down and provided a good heat for several hours (I didn't time the usage). I've used them a few times since the initial one and I'm very satisfied with the results. The backing can be a little difficult to remove as the pads are lovely and thin but once on they're easy to apply where you need them and the fit is snug and stays on really well. I've since purchased another pack as I think they're excellent for the money and will probably buy more in the future.

I recommend these patches. They are very sticky and although they are tricky to peel off the backing paper, once on your knee, these patches do not move. Provides long lasting pain relief all day.

Over powering smell but they do work. Giving them this rating because of getting the paper off the back. Way to fiddly

Bought for my husband due to having knee pain. They are working ordered some more.

Created so much more pain it was unbearable I stuck with for a couple of hours hoping it might settle down and kick in with some kind of relief but it did not and I could not cope any longer it was a complete waste of money and took hours for my knee to settle down again the only relief I got in the end was a bath in some Epsom salts
