Are you referring to the MIDI adapter? If so no it does not.

Does this work with band hero?

Yes, it should. I have this set for Xbox 360 and we are able to play any Guitar Hero game that includes drum portions and even all the Rock Band games. Band Hero is a Guitar Hero game technically. As long as it’s for the same console as the game, it should work for you.

It works for smash hits?

The drums in this pack work for all the Guitar Hero games on the Xbox 360 that support the instruments.

Only one drumstick came? Paid a lot for an incomplete set. Not happy.
