No output on audio (ARC) portDevice do not respond to IR remote, on pressing 7.1 in remote device turns it self off and not starting by any means. have to switch off the power supply and turn it on back.Video quality was good on video out, i just tested it with my xVGA projector.

Awesome and Who really want to enjoy the audio they must get it. It's really amazing, mainly my tv has no ARC option in hdmi port. So I was searching like this HDMI to HDMI audio only (not for optical) splitter because in opticle we cannot feel the sound Quality, after connecting this I really surprised of this sound and display clarity. I had a fear to buy this because of non returnable item and even in this description mentioned as that HDMI support to 7.1ch. but i had confused on HDMI support for 5.1ch, 2.1ch. also. But by taking risk I bought it. And I'm very satisfied with this. one more thing Iwant to share on this you can get audio in the TV also. So when ever you want you can switch off the Sound system and can use the TV audio.Prise also worth compare to others..

Stopped working in 1 day . Knob selector for channels was also broken.

The multi input doesnt work, only 4th input slot is active. First 3 input ports are useless.Remote doesnt work for anything, you have to press buttons on the device.So if you thought to have 2 input sources and switch between them, this is useless. You have to manually shuffle the cables.
