Glad I ordered this 2 pack onion shredder. Will save one for a gift. It works nicely!

Insert scallion length until enough of a handle to grasp has passed through the other side then pull. Best on fresh green onions or those that have been crisped in cold water. It’s nice to have a pair of these as many hands make light work. Excellent prep tool to make shredded scallions for such dishes as Chinese steamed fish, shredded chicken, chicken salad, moo shu wraps, or Peking duck/braised pork belly buns…and lots more.

The picture showed it was bigger than actually is but it works fine blades not sharp would not buy it
