Q: Are they 9/16” to fit on Mtb ?

Yes, I run these on my Shimano FC-6800 crank which takes a 9/16 pedal spindle.

Q: Are these brighter than the amazon picture? Or are these a diff blue model

On my screen the color is pretty accurate. Definitely not as dark as navy, but not as light as powder blue. I guess I'd say it's a "dark" teal. My son has these pedals on his neon green mountain bike and they look awesome.
