I have been using these probiotics for a couple of years now. I dropped about 5 pounds in the first 3-4 months of using it, and I have stayed at a pretty consistent weight since then. I did stop using them for about 3 months and I noticed I started gaining weight. Went back on them and lost a couple of pounds and then stayed at my same weight again. I am 45 years old and I weigh 135. I have also noticed that when I take these probiotics I stay more regular and I don’t get sick near as frequently. These are well worth the money

I took this product for about 4 months. It is good for regular bowel movements but I didn't notice weight loss just by taking this.

Works but when you stop taking them you gain the weight back

After taking this for a few months I believe I have side effects of heart palpitations and weakness.
