Very poor/cheap quality
Been using this lock for 6-months and finally got frustrated enough with the cheap metal quality and getting stuck upon opening bec of the cheap mechanism. Bought this lock instead and couldn't believe the quality difference! The metal is thick and licking me mechanism doesn't get hung up bec of the round shape! This lock binds preventing the gates from opening.
The lock binds, preventing the gates from opening and potentially burning the arm motors. It also started messing up the mighty mule board. As soon as the lock was disconnected from the board the gates started working normal again. DO NOT BUY.Also, Amazon won’t give you a refund or help you if the lock goes past the refund window.

Wireing instructions are the worst, absolute trash
First unit worked fine for about 2 years, crapped out so I ordered another, bad parts out of the box (relay board) now the new lock won’t work through the circuit board. Tried Supreform@outlook for help but appears to go to Microsoft and you have to log in. I don’t have a Microsoft acct. and don’t want one. It would be nice if they just had a contact seller tag on the order page, better yet a 800 to call. Still have time to send back.
