The Cuisinart CGS-1312 12-piece gourmet outdoor griddle tool set, made in China, claims to provide everything needed to master the griddle. I don’t know anyone with an outdoor griddle, but these are mostly the tools I used when working the griddle station at a greasy spoon. I never used egg rings though, they just weren’t important.The tools appear to be of good quality, although the material and size indicate they are meant for outdoor use. These tools can be used indoors as well, and have been used on my kitchen’s cooktop griddle. Be aware that the metal tools will scratch non-stick surfaces.If you need tools for griddle cooking or looking for a nice gift for someone that does, consider purchasing this tool set. This 12 piece set of grill accessories contains a wide range of utensils and tools. The spatulas and tongs are really high quality. Thick and durable. The handles are well made, although they could use some texture or shape to make them easier to grip for some people. All of the components to this set are useful for us. They work really well with our Cuisinart grill and griddle combo. The sauce bottles are flexible and easy to squeeze. I make my own bbq sauce so they come in handy. Overall this is a useful set. We are happy with it and it performs well.

I've used most of the tools in this kit. The dome is tiny and only suitable for melting cheese on one burger at a time. The two long spatulas are top-notch. Also, the fish flipper is perfect for the task. The scrapper works great as well. Overall, a nice little griddle set.

We have a Blackstone griddle and got this kit as it had several items we were looking to get. Cuisinart is a high quality brand and these tools are all well made. Love the scrapers as this is a necessity with a griddle. The spatulas are nice and long so you don't get hit with any grease, etc. Probably my favorite thing is the cover. I didn't realize how useful this was until we started using it. I pop it over a burger I have on the griddle and it definitely seems to help with getting a consistent patty every time. Overall great set and a must have for any griddle.

These are great for any person who has a griddle. They have you covered for any occasion or meal that you will make on your griddle. I love that it comes all together, so you can keep these tools especially for your griddle and never be searching for just the right tool. If you have a griddle, you need this to upgrade your experience with your new cooking tool for an easier cooking experience !

We were incredibly impressed with how useful this set has been this summer. All of the pieces are high quality and look as good as new. Even after being sent through the dishwasher a bunch of times. If you're looking for that hard to find gift for a grill master, look no further. My husband was geeked by all the pieces. It was an excellent find.
