I can't compliment this product enough. I've never been more excited about the condition of my mouth. When I finish using my bottle supply, I'll rinse with one of these every night after brushing and using my water flosser machine. If you have any dental issues at all, these are excellent! I have buildup on my teeth from eating too much protein even with brushing extra but when I use this rinse I don't see the buildup. I love the travel sizes so I can slip one in my purse or travel bag.
