Sifely has gone out of their way to make the installation as easy as possible. Everything is carefully planned and thought out. I think this bodes well for the integrity of the product. The picture shows how they provided a bag of screws labeled for each step of the installation. Who does this?! Well done. But if you aren't impressed by that, maybe the extra bag of screws marked spares will impress you, it did me. One extra of every screw. The functionality of the product reflects the thoughtfulness of the installation. I am a non business home owner who bought this because I didn't want to carry a key around with me to unlock a door and didn't want to hide a key. The fingerprint integrated into the handle is so clever. The same motion as before, grab the handle an turn opens my door. I have a passcode to back that up and a key card to back that up too. The key card is thin and smaller than a credit card and hides easily in my phone case or wallet which I always have with me. You don't need to take it out, just hold you wallet up to the keypad and it opens the door. The app is very intuitive and easy to use. I also got the Gateway so I can check on the status of my lock while I am away and even let people in. One note on the Gateway G2. It has the gateway and USB cable and that's it. You will need a USB power source, it does not come with one. My only other minor critique as a replacement for a home door handle, it does not provide a way on the inside to manually activate the lock without going outside and activating it from the keypad. BUT, you can lock it from your app or have the door always lock behind you on a pre programmed timer after you enter. There is so much flexibility with the product, you are almost certain to find a configuration that will work for your lifestyle. I am considering a second one for the other most popular door in the house.

The media could not be loaded. This was easy to install. I'm a 60 year old female. I just switched places with my dead bolt and this lock. Installing was not bad- just follow directions. I love that it has 4 AA battery compartment on inside. Nothing to take apart to replace. The peace of mind is good knowing you have fingerprint access, key access, card access as well as phone app access. I highly recommend! You won't go wrong with this one! There are qr codes on the instructions to scan to get access to instructions as well. Download the Sifely app from your Google/apple playstore. Not hard to navigate. You set up your codes on the app...

Installation was simple, I did it myself. That would not be unusual except to say I'm an 80 y.o. women with arthritic fingers...so it should be super easy for you to install. Passcodes are easily assigned, fingerprint recognition could be more perfected by mfgr.I bought this type of lock for an extra level of security. If something happens to me, I can't make it to the door to let first responders in, I can unlock it remotely or give them a code for the keypad.

I purchased two of these for my small business and am very happy with the function/visual of the product. A few small pieces of feedback that may only be a problem for me:1. There is no way to manually lock and unlock the handle from inside.2. Passage mode does not allow enough customization, making it difficult to use effectively for a business with different hours each day.

If the weather is good, the lock works great. If it is cold or even worse, raining, the keypad simply doesn't work. The remote entry from the phone won't work either, and if it is raining, brand new batteries will be drained within an hour. Even on good weather days the batteries need to be replaced often. This lock has been nothing but trouble. It has been checked and verified that the lock was installed properly.

I liked the software and the app—But the lock itself malfunctioned on me a month after I bought it and Amazon won’t let me return it

It worked fine for the first a couple of months, then the battery started to run off quickly. Now I have to change it every other week...very inconvenient
