I tried both Home Depot and Lowe’s in the North San Diego County area and I wasn’t able to find it, but I ran across it on Amazon and bought it immediately and it works great.

I couldn't find these at the big box stores. I needed them for my patio drains. They fit perfect.

As others have noted, these drain covers are ever so slightly smaller than the originals I bought 10-15 years ago. When you place these drain covers in the pipe opening, the new drain covers are slightly loose rather than being a tight fit. The solution is to use a dab of caulking (or you can commit to PVC glue, but when these ultimately wear out, you'll need to get the PVC glue off, which could be a chore). The tan color matches the old and the new drain covers seem to be about the same thickness.

Perfect fit. Easy install. Just make sure you clean out any debris before installing so that it sits properly. Someone suggested a brass one. Problem is price. Mine lasted ten years before they broke under the hot desert sun. So I just bought a five pack and have extras for the next decade
