You buy from Amazon with a bit of skepticism. If you have never heard of the brand I expect the worst. This thing is 5 stars, hands down the best. Knock boxes, rattle and are usually flimsy, especially ones for home. This thing is heavy and solid and when you need to knock, it will satisfy you. I am impressed to say the least with this. I hope the sell tons. Great price and worth every penny.

Large volume, looks pleasant and does the job.

Very useful knock box, but make sure you have plenty of space on your counter to put it. It doesn't "hide" well. Cleaning is like any box when the handles are removed. So it's not that difficult to clean. This is most likely for someone that makes mass quantities of coffee a day (maybe two days). Any longer and you have a mess. It seems solid and durable. Because of the square body, it fits well despite its size. Overall? If they made a similar item but in a slightly smaller size it would be ideal. But given the material and size, it is a good knock-box and works as it should.UPDATE: This update reflects my rating now. This has to be the worst piece of crap I've owned or attempted to own. After the fourth cleaning there are more scratches, dings, and marks than there should be. The rod that supports the rubber piece? It literally ripped the rubber while getting it out. That is out of the box (why there are now dings and scratches) and out of the rubber. Now if it weren't meant to come out of the box, the knobs shouldn't be removable. Perhaps the rod isn't meant to come off the rubber, but in order to get it out of the box, there is no other way. In order to get the rubber/rod out of the box you have to remove the rod. When attempting to remove the supporting rod, the inside of the box got scratched and in my opinion is now ruined. I mean literally the paint came off and there are now chips left behind. Yea, it holds coffee, so what is the big deal. I really don't purchase a product to have it dinged up. At least until it's a lot older than a few months. Of course, the rod had to go back but the rod wouldn't go back in without some "force". Yea, you guessed it. The rubber tore apart even more. So it barely hangs on. How or why? I guess the rod was just too large and the rubber ripped. Now? The piece will be used as a rather large paper weight which in my opinion is a slam on paper weights. I think I just got a defeated box that took a few cleanings to realize it. Now I will have to purchase another box and hopefully one that has some durability

Overall an extremely nice looking knock box, but not built to last. Less than a month in the black paint/color has already started chipping off the sides.

Very nice quality knock box. Goes well with the flat black and wood aesthetic. Definitely big enough. Only thing I added was more rubber to the bottom so it doesn’t slide as much. Highly recommend.

It takes a licking and keeps on ticking—well, it doesn’t actually tick, but does a great job of collecting old coffee pucks.

It's built solid, the only thing I don't like is the cheap finish they used on the wood base is already peeling off.
