Unfortunately I had to return these because the right earphone was defective. Both earphones worked to start with, fitted fine in the ear but in under two hours the right earphone was flat. Put in charging case and discovered the right one wasn’t charging at all whilst the left was perfect. No obstructions in the case or at the contact points which might prevent charging. Also noticed a low level machine sound from the headphone when not playing but I am not sure is this was a feature of the defect. Worth pointing out that the charging point is USB—C because it is not explicit in the description.

Really good sound and bass... Also like the ear loops which keeps them in place as my last ones kept falling out. The charging unit seems to last a long time and the buds themselves last a while. If I have a negative it's the Bluetooth keeps breaking up when I move my head quick but that could be my phone. I haven't used ibuds or galaxy buds so can't compare with those but I'm more than happy with these.

For the price of these items I can’t complain at the quality of the product. I bought a second pair because of the value. I am not expecting really high end sound but these really do sound very good given the price. Very comfortable to wear, and I now on two pairs and I recommend them to other people.

Returned this product. Really comfy but the the volume couldn't be turned up. Went on YouTube to find a video on how to use phone settings to become phone code writer to change settings. Still didn't work
