Product Not Expandable
As mentioned in product description and in attached images that product is expandable but it is not. Also inside compartment showing is two but it is only one single zip. Product is not what it is mentioned in description. Feedback for seller: Correct your description and product details as per product name and what actually product is

Bad customer service, unable to honor warranty
I bought an ITLUGGAGE suitcase sometime ago and they were giving 10 years warranty. And the handles broke this year. I've raised a warranty claim and they could not honor the worldwide warranty on account that they are no more selling the product. A similar product is just 2K rupees where as this is close to 7K rupees, and yet they are unable to honor their warranty. I do not recommend this because of their inability to handle their warranty.
