Very loud but works good.

I like the product but it quit after 11 months. the machine was guaranteed for 12 months and the seller refused to honor that warranty. It shouldn't matter if it was one month or 11 months it's still should be under warranty. So they're warranty doesn't mean anything . I guess it's up to their own discretion.

I think this product is good for massages but device create pain when used.

Bought this machine in early June despite all of the negative reviews from others. I have to say that I have been using this machine almost daily for many things and I have to say that I'm impressed with it. It also came with it's instruction booklet with usage suggestion. I would recommend the purchase.

The thing fell apart after 2 months. My deadline to return was the 30th of May and it is June 15th. 15, days to late to get my money back. If I pay that much money for an item I expect it to NOT FALL SPART IN 2 MONTHS!! I AM PISSED! Wish I could do zero stars!!!

I bought this for the severe pain in my foot caused by Plantar Fasciitis. It has decreased the pain significantly. I'm aware that the total healing can take up to 8 weeks, however I have noticed positive results in under 2 weeks. Worth a try once you have exhausted other alternatives.
