Normally I drink coffee in the morning (9am) with bread but drinking this coffee I am satisfied and not craving for bread, sweets or anything else. I usually have my lunch at 12pm but after drinking this coffee I don't feel hungry and had my lunch now around 2ish - 3ish. Thank you for this coffee.

The coffee is really delicious, and block your appetite for hours , makes you feel full for at least 4_ 5 hours ,in addition to helping in bowels movement , till now I bought five boxes , the main reason to wake up early 😀
