Heating Patches

These definitely do work, you might need to wiggle them a little like a “hot hands” pack, because at first when I took it out it was cold but wiggling them activated it. They definitely do last for the full 8 hours. They’re also pretty sticky I switched 1 from front to lower back & it still sticks pretty well. They could be warmer in my opinion.

These heat patches are absolute life savers. My daughter uses them for menstrual cramps and loves them. They stay warm for 8+ hours and really help ease discomfort without any mess or fuss. they get warm quickly and the adhesive sticks well, even if you're moving around. I liked the idea of a discreet, on-the-go heating pad and was excited to try them. That said, they get really hot, and unfortunately, one of them actually burned my skin. I followed the directions and didn’t wear it for too long, but I still ended up with a red mark that took days to heal. If you have sensitive skin, I’d be cautious or put a thin layer of fabric between the patch and your skin.
