I was excited to receive my pack yesterday, especially the different sizes that this pack comes in. Opened and put them in my freezer. Took them out a few hours and used it on my shoulder/neck, back, and my foot, which I just recently injured. The coolness lasts longer than 30 min. You may want to put a towel over the ice pack to prevent frost burn; do Not put it directly to your skin. An hour Iater, I still can feel the coolness from the pack. I used them again and got the result I needed from them. Maybe putting them in freezer gets too cold. Instead, I will try putting them in a fridge for few hours and see if I still can get the same result of coolness. All I need is 20-25 min of coolness from each use and yet, I got 2 uses from each..yay!! I'm very happy with this product. They lasts longer than I thought. Quality is well made. I recommend and will continue to support and buy this brand. I have yet to try the hot pack part though but I'm sure they won't let me down as long as I follow instructions. ;-)

I love that there are multiple sizes included in the set, and they’re not “crunchy” when frozen. Well made and wrap easily around my joints, very effectively therapeutic.And it’s so great to buy a product made in America by a family-owned company!

Purchased these for my older mom because the description states these are 'flexible when frozen' and included various sizes.1) This is not an accurate statement because they freeze hard and solid which does not allow you to drape the pack over the body part for appropriate therapy.2) The description and photo show 4 packs, we only received three.Returned them several days ago and have yet to receive my credit. Very disappointed!

I have been using the mini size gel pack for years to numb an area before an injection. It numbs the skin so much better that gel bead packs. I always cover it in a thin towel but it gets the area cold enough that I don't feel the injection. We just bought this set to use in our coolers for short day trips. You can buy a lot of similar products but if you can make a purchase that supports a family and contributes to salmon sustainability.....why wouldn't you!? Thanks for a great product!

I had purchased the long gel pack years ago for my knee injury.Now that my husband was badly hurt, and needed constant icing, we used the one from several years ago, and was also compelled to purchase several others at CVS Pharmacy, RiteAid, and Walgreens.None of the ones I purchased from the local pharmacies even compared to the ones from this company.Since I had the fabric sleeves from several years ago, I just purchased the gel packs.This company's gel packs are very flexible, and can be nicely formed around the wounded area.These are truly wonderful, and everyone should keep these in stock at home, because one never knows when a sudden bad injury may occur.
