My beautiful brand new jacket had a few little scratches
My beautiful brand new jacket had a few little scratches, probably from shipping. My main concern was sealing the scratches to prevent them from spreading. This touch-up paint did the trick nicely. It matches the shine of new leather fairly well, and the color is spot-on. It doesn't really fill in the scratch, so you can still see where it is if you look closely. But again, it seals it nicely, and that's what I wanted.

I'm really happy with this product
I'm really happy with this product. I had some scuffs on my work bag that I needed to fix but was worried that the product might damage the texture. However, it completely fixed the leather and the texture looks the same. It was also really easy to do - just paint over the scuffs and let it dry. Definitely would recommend this.

Unreal
I’d like to say that I’ve been in the shoe biz for decades. Having said this I have a wide calf and wanted to restore some great fitting boots. This stuff is a incredible. It does not come with a dauber. If you use cotton be sure to wear gloves.

Great product
I used this on a pair of shoes. It works great on the leather part of the shoe. Just FYI, I tried painting the heal which is not leather and it did not hold the color there. I am giving it a 5 because it is specifically for leather.

I thought I could paint it on the fabric where the leather had worn off and it would look like leather.
I bought this to fix a faux leather jacket that was peeling. I thought I could paint it on the fabric where the leather had worn off and it would look like leather... Nope. However, I used it to darken some faded leather boots, and it worked well for that.

How many coats are you willing to paint?
Had light tan sandals looking dirty, so I cleaned and then used this to "paint" them. It's very watery, so the first time it took literally 5 coats (drying between) to even look dark grey (although I purchased black). Today...about 6 months later, I started repainting because it seemed to be wearing off in areas and looking shoddy. I don't know if there's something better, but this ain't great.
