since taking these capsules I have felt a lot better in myself. My restless legs at night have quietened and I am getting a decent nights sleep. I have noticed that i have more energy too

Easier to take than cheaper products but still a large dry pill to swallow. Changed to a similarly priced product that I have had better results with and comes in capsule form which is so much easier to take.

Good tablets which help me sleep, they are lozenge shaped, but there is a white plastic round thing in the bottle with 'DO NOT EAT written on it in small writing. It must hold a drying agent. However, with the way that people throw tablets into their mouths in a rush, I would think that this is dangerous and could easily be swallowed by mistake. Hope nobody does this , cos I nearly did!
