She just seemed to be unable to process and express her emotions with out constant crying. Now my daughter asks to do this book. Just watching her as we read it you can tell it resonates with her. This seems to be the tool to help her understand and manage/process her emotions. Review: Wonderful tips and exercises for self-regulation. However, the content is a bit disorganised and focuses on some of the wrong issues. May it's not for us.
