Very gentle yet effective. May take some time, but it works for me. I love the taste. Yes, they stick to your teeth a bit, but that does not bother me because they are still easy to swallow. The price is pretty comparable to similar items. I recommend.

This supplement definitely seems to be effective! I was skeptical but they have so many natural ingredients and not too bad of a taste. They are easier for me to take than pills are so that's a plus. On that point they do cost a little more, but in my opinion are worth it. Within about two weeks of taking them I felt more energetic throughout the day!

I only gave it 4 stars for now because I haven't had a blood test. The taste is great.

I admit it; I binge a bit on the weekends, but I changed jobs, got new insurance, and before I start with a new primary care physician, I wanted to give my liver a bit of a break. Maybe more of one, because that just wasn't very healthy. Anyway, these supplements contain all of the various recommendations for liver health--milk thistle, dandelion root, turmeric, etc. I can't say I feel any different, because frankly one wouldn't, but my liver enzymes that were quite high the last time I went to a doctor three years ago have normalized. These are quite easy to take; they're very yummy. The texture isn't traditionally "gummy" as one might think of gummy worms or Jujyfruits. They're more similar to old fashioned gum drops, or those orange slice candies (without the sugar coat), and they taste very much like a raspberry fruit rollup or something. Very natural, but concentrated. I have to agree with some of the other reviews about quality control. Most of these were quite firmly stuck to each other, and while some people said the count is off, I had 60 separate pieces, but one of them was only a half. So I got 59-1/2 in my bottle. I'm still debating on ordering them again or trying a different one. I will, however, continue to limit the vodka. ;)
