Works with my Acorn CNC controller
Did a milling machine CNC conversion.Used 3 of these drives with NEMA 34 motors.Works good

Purchased to update older Cnc router..machine runs smooth and quieter
So i have been running my industrial cnc router for some time now, and thought i should update the drivers. Glad i did because these drivers are much smoother with motion control and quieter. Worth it for the price. Note used on 80v ac and nema 34’s.

The "Go-To" Drive for our Stepper-Based Controls
We have used about three dozen of these drives without issue or failure. Amazon Prime is the best source for these drives (price, stock, and speed to get). Our small company builds retrofit controls and rebuilds CNC machinery. We have successfully used these drives on NEMA 23, 34, and 42 motors. For us this drive was a game changer because of the power supply requirements. Nearly every older CNC machine that we come across has a large stepdown transformer in it. Instead of scrapping these transformers and buying or building a custom power supply we simply reuse the old machine transformer to provide 60VAC input. In the few cases where we did not have a spare old transformer we used a 2000 watt power converter (also purchased from Amazon) to step down 120V line voltage to 60VAC.Steven BalderSB Precision LLC

They work great and make the stepper motors very quiet.
I have fried a lot of the cheaper drivers but these seem to be far more robust, I am driving the big NEMA 23's on my homebuilt cnc mill. I left the steps on the default of 1600 PPR and adjusted the amps to match the steppers..11/12/2022These continue to work flawlessly. Running on 65V DC from a big toroidal transformer.

TB6560 vs. DM860T...no contest
AWESOME drivers. I upgraded from the TB6560 to these. The difference is night and day. Compared to analog chopper style drivers these are smooth and quiet. Jerky motion is all but gone. The power capabilities are also much much greater than the TB6560. Highly reccomend. Each driver came packaged extremely well in its own box with fitted foam for protection.

Bad Batch?
The last 6 that I bought 3 of them did not function. Swapped another one in with the same switch settings and no wiring change. Just unplugged one and put another in solved it. So I'm sending dead ones back and trying to get good ones.

Good so far
It seems to have worked well so far. I still haven’t completely tuned everything yet

Kind of weak...
I'm not particularly happy with these. They are okay for the price I suppose, but are noisier, and less powerful than the thirty year old Parker Compumotor drives that I replaced with them. You will need to supply these drives with the maximum allowable voltage and surplus amperage, or you will experience slippage at speeds over 150RPM.
