Best Desktop for the price
We purchased 3 of these. They do everything you would need a non-gaming computer to do. Highly recommend.

BIOS Locked
The computer arrived in decent condition. I would rate is 8/10.It had some sticker residue on some spots that required some effort to remove.The case was in decent condition. Would not pass for new, but nothing to complain about.The major issue is that the BIOS is password protected.So whoever was responsible for the renewal process, dropped the ball.I am unable to change any of the BIOS settings. My plan was to install 2 nvme drives and setup RAID1. But that is not possible.HP shows the warranty valid for another 13 months. But they will not provide assistance to reset the password for security reasons.Their only option is to buy a new motherboard.If you purchased this to use straight put the box then you would be fine.But IMO having a locked BIOS means that whoever handled the renewal failed to complete their job. This should not have any restrictions in place to prevent the end user from making amy changes.

Not as advertised
Item was advertised as "excellent condition" but when it arrived, the top cover was coming off so I had to push it in place and tighten the screw. There were scratches all over as well. Horrible quality control. Also, ad mentioned wifi and bluetooth but there was no adapter installed. Extremely disappointed.

Muy Mala experiencia. No era lo que esperaba
Compre el producto con mucha ilusion, ya que no decia que era reacondiconado, al recibir el producto, la caja no era original, por supuesto la pc tampoco estaba en buenas condiciones. Los puertos USB no servian, el USB C frontal no funcionaba, el cargador era algo bien barato. Los puertos USB tenian hasta polvo de uso. Se notaba que habian insertado una placa diferente en la carcasa porque no coincidian bien los puertos USB con los orificios exteriores del case. Al contactar al proveedor me indica que el producto era REACONDICIONADO, pero jamas lo pusieron en la descripcion. No compren en esta tienda.
