Two best vitamins you can take to build up your immune system and both are anti-oxidants that are very important. Only thing I’d change make the bit E 200 IU as the 400 IU is the max does. Your body stores vit e and it is a fat soluble vitamin.

I read somewhere that that Vitamin C and E together works better. I took this for a few weeks with increased upset stomach. This stopped when I separated it from morning meds and took it with lunch.

I'm happy with my purchase. They are a little big however, I wasn't surprised because the pills where advertised as being one inch long furthermore, for me they were easy to swallow. At first I was hesitant to buy the pills because of the reviews about the pills being stuck together but mines weren't which made me happy. I would recommend this product.
