I discovered this product several years back, while riding the Portland Century bicycle ride on a very hot day. it was offered at one of the rest/hydration stations. It is very palatable and easy on the gut. It’s a bit, pricey, but well worth the expense. One caution: it is imperative that after each ride, your water bottles get rinsed out thoroughly and dried. Otherwise, you will be growing cultures in your bottles. I find that even storing a mixture in a refrigerator for a few days will result in culturing growth. Just make up what you will use for your ride and don’t try storing it for more than 24 hours. This is made of non-GMO, high-quality ingredients.

I’m a dietitian and a marathon runner. I don’t like a lot of drink mixes, but this is a fantastic option for electrolyte supplementation and some additional carbs for during your run. It sits well in my gut and dissolves easily. The taste is pleasant and not overwhelming. I’ve incorporated this into most of my training runs and all of my races!

My husband and I really like this electrolyte powder. Having tried several other brands, we both appreciate the mild, yet tasty flavor of this brand and have been buying consistently for some time now. I also really appreciate its ability to help rehydrate. I use it every other day when I do cardio at the gym, and I also use it once a month when I have a day-long fast. I tend to get really constipated when I am dehydrated at all, and this electrolyte powder has been a great resource to avoid that discomfort and remain hydrated or reestablish hydration.

Awesome product!!! Searched for natural solution to fuel my daughter during her high intensity sports. This is perfect! The concentration can be modified to fit the duration and intensity of her training. Light but pleasant flavor. Replaces need for Body Armor, Gatorade, etc.

Taste great! Very good for post workout or for kids who are playing sports. It's healthier than other drinks that say they have electrolytes in them!

I am a huge fan of Skratch products, and this flavor is no exception. It is easy to mix well, tastes great, and is great hydration without the extra ingredients.

I've used several different hydration mixes over the last 20 years and most have been a compromise of function over form (taste). They either taste like paste, or they almost trigger a gag reflex when drinking them.I just switched over to Skratch a few weeks ago, and I'm really liking it. When using the recommended ratio, it tastes like Gatorade from the old (glass bottle) days. A little saltiness, a tad of sweetness. I recently did a three day mountain bike trip and I used Skratch hydration mix for the duration of the trip.Strictly anecdotal analysis, but I felt as though (functionally) Skratch did it's job in keeping me hydrated.Would definitely recommend.

I like the bulk container of scratch for the flavor, electrolytes, and ability to determine how much I add to a liter of water. Expensive but it lasts me a long time.

No stevia or artificial flavors! Doesn't taste sweet either. It's expensive though. I will buy it again when it's on sale. The scoop is very hard to find in the bag.

This was recommended by my brother, a cyclist. I am no where that active, but am prone to dehydration and sensitive to artificial sugars. I use this about 1/3 the pro strength and its great! Mild flavor, minimal sugar taste. I love that the dextrose is there "medicinally" to aid in absorption. When I ran out, I reordered and the economy bag. I would recommend this to anyone.

I frequently must take hydration drinks due to a major surgery and it's critical that it work well. I had no problems with this, it has more sugar than I prefer, but I cut it back a bit and add more water. Main thing is it heads of my dehydration quickly and tastes decent.

I always have 1 of these around they are great flavors for electrolytes replenishment I usually struggle with this and tend to get dizzy and fatigued.The one downside is I wish they had this flavor caffeine free and that they made it easier to tell that this one has caffeine. Because I didn't notice it when I bought this initially
