I like that it comes in individual sachets which helps in storage and makes it easy to carry on the go. It has light cranberry flavour which is tasty. It contains natural collagen and anti oxidants which helps in anti-aging. However, it is slightly on the expensive side as compared to other collagen supplements in the market.

Have been using this for 4 months now. I just haven’t seen any difference in hair , nails and skin elasticity. After reading all the good reviews I was convinced to go ahead and buy it but it just didn’t give any results, even after a regular intake of 4 months. I regret I bought 2 of these boxes. The ingredients didn’t even mix properly in the water. Didn’t see any effect on the sleep quality or muscle recovery. The only saving grace is the tasty cranberry flavour. Don’t waste your money on this, this is as it is one of the collagens on the expensive side.. so now I’m again looking for other options.
