What is the platform height and what is the heel height?

I think it's an even height. I don't feel any pressure on my toes.

Are these men's or women's sizing?

Womens size, Dr Martens tend to run a little bigger than normal size but I don't think they have 1/2 sizes. They are made for thicker socks
