I've been using the MOSSON outdoor shower system for a few weeks now, and I’m genuinely impressed. I bought this outdoor shower to have it installed next to my swimming pool. This is a perfect shower with high quality materials, cost effective compared to higher brand prices and seems easy enough for installation. The material feels heavy body and well made with black matte finish. The package came with all the accessories as per the product description and it has single handle control lever that adjusts the temperature of the water easily. The cool feature is its adjustability catering to varying preferences and needs. My plumber is still working on adding new lines as you can see in my picture and once after the wall framing is complete, this is going to be installed. Very excited to use my shower soon in a few days and will update back with pictures soon. Overall, great product and at this reasonable price, this is a great shower. I still need to see how it works in upcoming seasons as it is rated for outdoor. But, happy with the purchase.

If I could, I would give this product zero stars. We purchased this for our home shower in July of 2025, it broke in November of 2025. 4 months, we had a plumber look at it to see if it could be fixed, it cannot.... this is a bad product. Do not buy.

This fixture is beautiful especially for the price point. Heads up - the installation instructions are lacking. We used the video on the Amazon product description for reference, which helped better than the printed instructions. The first time we installed this it leaked everywhere. After reading several positive reviews about the customer service, I contacted the company about our issue. They were quick to respond and said to keep the old fixture and they would send out a new one free of charge. After a couple of weeks the new fixture still had not arrived. Turns out it's an issue delivering to where we live. I contacted customer service again. They were again quick to respond and offered to pay the additional shipping fee to have the new product mailed to us. We FINALLY got the new fixture. This time it worked great! We did add in washers this time (didn't see anything about this in the instructions), meaning the first fixture may have actually been fine. Oh well. Glad we have an outdoor shower now!

This is a poorly made product, which developed a split in the pipework (shown in the picture), which means that it no longer works. There is no information on the Amazon website about the manufacturer, making it difficult to get money back or a replacement.

Me gustó, no es problema pero es mejor tener la regadera antes de colocar la instalación hidráulica para no tener que modificarla.
