This device does what it says. The blood pressure is surprisingly consistent, as is the pulse oximeter. The step counter is about average.The hardware would rate around 4 stars. The reason I cannot justify rating it higher is the software. It lacks the most basic functionality. When a notification comes in It is displayed on the device very briefly. If you don't look at it within that time it has no way to go back and look at it. So unless you're looking at your watch when the notification happens it's useless for notifications.Another piece of basic functionality that the device is lacking is the ability to sync its data with the software on your phone. You can take your blood pressure from the phone and it will save it in the app, but if you take it from the device you cannot save it in the app.The last piece of basic functionality is Google Fit/Samsung Health/etc. integration. Why make your own walled garden when users are most likely already using something else?To summarize, the hardware is good but the software is so bad that it makes the hardware almost useless.

The watch was shipped quickly and I liked the size (thin watch), but that's where the good points end. I tried to change the watch to 12-hour time, but could not seem to figure out how to change from 24-hour to 12-hour. Also the battery didn't hold a charge for very long and the touch screen on the watch face was not sensitive, thus changing to different functions was difficult. I am returning this item.

I wrote a previous review 2 days after receiving my watch..I'm a bit disappointed as I'm unable to reset the watch to zero and it tracks my driving as steps..this is really frustrating and for that I had to edit my review

It worked great...for one day. The next day the time and date were yesterdays date with a couple hours off. I reset it, it worked well again until noon the day after its reset. It reset steps and the time/date was off again.-The heart rate didnt work unless it was on my fingertip.-The app never synced.-It gave me sedentary reminders while I was active/dancing. (twice during a concert, I sat for one slow song)So...I returned it & by that I mean put it back in its box because someone came to my door (Friday) to pick it up for me! I didn't even have tape for the box 😬. He said it was alright and I got my refund on Tuesday.

Not what I thought it was going to be but used it anyway. Lasted 4 days and quit working

It looks great and it arrived in a timely manner

I rate this tracker highly because of all the things it can do, however, I am till trying to figure out how to use it. I' finding it a little difficult, but it may not be the tracker, it may be me. So I would like to reserve this rating for a later date, but until then, I give this tracker good marks. I don't want to give a poor rating when the issue may be me. I'll get back to this rating.
