is not .5" thick as said in the description. is only 3/8"
is advertised as .5" plate. I needed .5" thick metal that was the reason i bought it. can't turn without moving and coming of when something heavier is pulled you have to have chains to keep it on the forks. the receiver tube way toooo thin. has some major quality problems.

Heavy duty, easy install.
I have only used it once for a few minutes to move a trailer. I'll know more about how it works shortly. I do note that being on the front end of the tractor, you have to get used to steering. The tractor front end moves different then backing with a truck. Just takes a little practice and I'll put a 30' travel trailer within inches of where I want it to go. I think it's going to be a very handy tool.

Bent and cracked on first uses with empty trailer
The lock bolt bent completely and the frame bent upwards and started to crack with just moving an empty 2500lb dump trailer junk…
