I’ve really been enjoying Miss Jessie’s Jelly Soft Curls. It gives my curls great definition while still keeping them soft and touchable—no crunchy feeling at all. It’s lightweight, smells nice, and works well even on busy mornings. Overall, it’s become one of my go-to curl products.

This is the best product ive used for my curls. I was skeptical about it being a gel but I wouldnt even classify it as gel. Its not sticky, doesnt make your hair clump up and it holds all day very nicely. The gel itself is soft and easily washes out.

LOVE this gel istg it’s perfect for my hair! My hair is a little bit on the fine side, thick, a mix of 2c to 3a and lower porosity. For me I put it on and it clumps my curls perfectly and feels nice and moisturizing on my hair. I’ve never had any greasiness with it, though my hair overall never gets greasy. It smells lovely and the amount of product in the bottle is great, tho I’ll admit it’s still a little pricy. I will take and brush in the multi-cultural styler with my hair upside down and then I’ll rake some of this gel through though I mostly use it to scrunch. If you have hair like mine, this is an excellent product!

I have a mix of waves and very loose curls with not a ton of definition to begin with, and my hair is thick, coarse, and pretty heavy. I found this gel to have a fairly weak hold for my texture—it might work better for finer or lighter hair types, but it didn’t offer much definition or frizz control for me. That said, it smells really good and has a nice consistency. I’ve been using it more as a styling aid when braiding my hair. It helps smooth things down a bit and encourages the braid pattern to hold, even though it doesn’t do much to keep frizz in check especially now that I have dove headfirst (literally) into postpartum hair loss. It also felt a little drying on my hair, so I definitely wouldn’t use it as a standalone product. But with the right layering (like hand in hand with a leave-in or curl cream), it still has a place in my routine—just not as a go-to curl styler. It can easily be applied separately to layer products, or applied as a cocktail.

This works wonders! It’s not sticky and doesn’t harden. The curls stay soft and hydrated. Makes your hair smell so amazing!

Uso questo pettine afro da un po’ e posso dire che è uno strumento essenziale per chi ha capelli ricci, afro o mossi. I denti larghi e arrotondati non spezzano i capelli e permettono di dare volume alla radice senza rovinare la forma del riccio. È perfetto per lo “shake” finale dopo aver lasciato asciugare i capelli al naturale o con il diffusore. A differenza di molte spazzole, non tira, non strappa e non fa male anche se i capelli sono un po’ annodati. È anche molto comodo da portare in borsa o nello zaino, grazie al formato compatto e al materiale leggero. Lo consiglio non solo per lo styling ma anche per ravvivare i capelli durante la giornata. Chiunque abbia una chioma riccia lo troverà indispensabile.
