Decent price, bright enough - kind of wish they had a slightly wider beam angle
I'm using these for some built-in overhead lighting for an aquarium, with a in-wall light switch timer.First, these lights will not work with a dimmer. I don't mean they won't dim (they won't, of course) but they refused to work even with a dimmer set to full power. I know this because originally my light fixture had a dimmer, and I was waiting for the timer to arrive in the mail, so I thought I'd just plug these bulbs in and manually turn the lights on, just leaving the dimmer on full. However, they spazzed out when I tried, so I had to wait until the timer arrived/install it in order to use them.Second, they don't seem to get nearly as hot as some others claimed. I believe the instructions indicated that they are not to be used in an enclosed light fixture, so maybe they would get much hotter in that sort of situation. If they really consume only 10W (which I haven't tested yet), then they literally cannot produce more than 10W in heat, whereas 60W incandescents put out something like 50W into heat. I'm definitely not complaining about their heat output.Their light is in a fairly narrow beam. I think the listing said 30 degrees or so. I had to raise my hanging light fixtures significantly to get good coverage on my aquarium. I would have preferred a slightly wider angle, but that's just personal preference. It's not really a flaw. The bulbs are pretty small, so they fit in a small fixture. They are a bit smaller than a typical incandescent ~60W bulb. They are pretty bright. I haven't measured the brightness, but they are mostly sufficient for my aquarium. I say mostly, because my aquarium has a lot of floating plants, which block a lot of light for the lower, submerged plants. I ended up buying the slightly brighter but very similar 15W/"200W Equivalent" Sansi bulbs, and I will probably use these 10W bulbs for some other project later.I also can't really speak to the light spectrum that they output. Most aquarium plants aren't super picky, but I'm also growing some emersed plants riparium-style and they are a bit pickier. Time will tell if they like the light that these output. However, just eyeballing it, they look pretty good.I also definitely cannot speak to longevity yet. Mine are on about 8hr a day, switched using an automatic timer, so not a lot of on/off wear (which seems to stress the cheap power supplies found in most LED bulbs), but a lot of "on" hours are added daily. I'll report back if and when they might break.

Buy these and your plants will love you
My place doesn’t get great sun for all my plants .. so I placed these bulbs in a lamp from a big box store that has like 5 swivel head . It works great and so inexpensive!!! Great size not heavy. And they are bright!! Ordered two more to start my veggie garden indoors 😊

My first grow lights
My winter hobby this year is hydroponics. I bought these bulbs to supplement lighting for an ebb and flow system. I first installed these just in a regular light fixture in my dining room (above the plants) and then though they'd do better in an adjustable floor lamp to allow for different positions of the individual lights. Only note of caution (why I gave 4 stars) is that these get pretty dang hot! In my experience, LED is almost always a cooler lightbulb, so I was very taken aback to reach up and get slightly burnt when I went to unscrew on after it had been on a while. I'm not worried these will catch the house on fire, but it did make me decide to remove the plastic shrouds (really just for pretty) that go with my floor lamp. Since it's now functioning as a grow lamp, no need for pretty shades anyway. They certainly are bright and I'm hoping they will be a great replacement for the missing sun this time of year :)

My plants definitely like
So far no complaints, they are bright feed good, last a long time, my plants definitely grow with them on. Don't suck up to much energy and can offer a moderate amount of general lighting for a room.

Great bulb for small to midsize plants
Love these little bulbs, definite upgrade on the lightweight 3w plant bulbs. I get that energy efficiency is generally desirable in a light, but when it comes to plant bulbs I look for the opposite - you need at least 10W to get some decent light output for your plants to work with. These aren't bright enough for big plants (think 3 foot tree type or big monsteras etc), but they are doing the job to help my little plants through the winter blues. The light is very directional and bright. I put these in one of those floor lamps that has three adjustable lights on it, and it's made the plants very happy.Over the past few years I've purchased (non-vine!) 20+ bulbs by Sansi, and am always pleased with the quality of the brand - two thumbs up for this newest offering, it's another winner!

Excelente compra!
The media could not be loaded. Ilumina super bien, tiene gran potencia y no se calienta como otros focos. Mi terrario tiene una semana con la luz y esta teniendo nuevos brotes y crecimiento. Muy contento con las luces!. Se sienten de buena calidad.

Plants love it
My apartment doesn’t get much light and over the first few months of winter my plants were starting to suffer from it. As soon as I installed the light they began to come back to life. Wish I had gotten them sooner!
