This is the perfect neck stretcher and realigner.How much do we look down throughout the day u doing the natural curvature of our necks. Get an xray - it's daunting when you see what you're doing to yourself.Some have said this is too hard, but it's actually just right with the firmness needed to hold your head in position. The little nubs made for pressure points that work on releasing tight muscles ( think foam roller or tennis ball).I often use this several times a day to continue working out a tight neck and remind myself and body of a proper curve. I also will roll my head a bit to get a back of the head massage.Our necks go through a lot and need stretching - this is well worth it for the money.

This is far stiffer than the videos and pictures showed. It also seems like it was made for a very large man, and I am not one. The videos looked like it had some give when it was in use, which would be more helpful, I think. I'm kind of disappointed in it.

Excellent Quality item. Easy to use, just lay in the floor or the rug or a mat, then lay your head & neck over this little thing and the pressure points on it are a bonus. Just use it for 5-15 minutes and you will feel relief over a few days it will get better and better. Highly recommend.

So hard

I have a lot of nights that I wake up with pressure in my neck. I know I need a better pillow but in the meantime this has been a lifesaver helping me stretch those muscles out with ease. My roommates have started using it daily as well!

Did not work for me. Not comfortable and did not provide any relief. Just painful pressure on the neck. Would not recommend.
