Never descale it. It’s a brilliant machine for quickly releasing creases!

Q: What about silk or net material safe to use?

I used on silk but very carefully and not right against the fabric. Works best on silky materials

Q: Can you steam jumpers?

I haven't steamed a jumper but great on denim etc I even steamed a handle on my bag because it had a big crease I think if a sweater as got a tag on with a iron showing on it it's just same as a steamer
