I've been running this kit and pump for over a week now and I'm beyond impressed. I've tried 2 different corsair pumps, both died in a day... tried a freezmod pump, also died in a day. So far this pump is going strong and cracked out on max which is what it comes on by default and is designed to run on, but this also can depend on your demand. If your contemplating this kit over other products don't just buy it and get the rest of whatever it is you need to make the loop because I added this into my already purchased individual parts custom loop and I wish i found this first. This not only saves you a load of spending it also is great products compared to a few that i've purchased and either sent back or used, but was alittle disappointed in quality for what i paid. I don't know about customer services as I haven't had an issue with anything yet, but i did pre fill the loop with distilled water and a loop prep solution and ran that throughout a day first before using my coolant i bought but this does come with clear coolant as well i just wanted the green with the black instead. This does not come with the gpu cooling block either that is custom ordered from modmymods and its been amazing so far. This kit keeps my 7900xtx gpu on max load with the water block at 55C max thats at 2k max settings cracked out never goes above and i was getting 70-80c with stock asrock cooler before. My 7900x3d also never gets above 60C at high demand with constant temps. Again so far great product and id recommend this to anyone long before i tell someone to buy parts individually unless you have the money to spare and want a bunch of custom athletics. Enjoy.

the kit in itself is a fairly decent kit to get you started the res is awesome being a heat killer inspired pump can't go wrong with that BUT the pump the ddc version was defective right out of the box (this can happen with any pump) my problem was it wasn't doa it was the impellor hitting the housing or something it was clicking so loudly i am in the middle of a refund process now as i had returned it to amazon .pros:- 300 dollar kit with almost everything you need-the res is heat killer style-the fittings are nice-the water block its alright but nothing note worthy and is affordablenegative:-no cutters for soft tubing (lucky have i have some) this is dirt cheap to add in the kit- no jumper common really its like 2 cents to add a jumper- no drain valve-bad pump-there was a slight crack in the glass (inside the glass) this can be a huge problem down the road from temperature changes- atleast what was in my kit a lack of quality controlto end this im very disappointed and the marketing is alittle odd designed in Germany made in taiwan but my box says made in china ? which one is it ?

The media could not be loaded. The system is great looking and so far very functional as far as keeping temps. All the pets are good overall quality. I bought extra tubing to try and get some radical angles and semetry. Will update when finished.

Pump never worked. Melted the wires . Turn around time is over a week . So im just eating the cost and buying a different res / pump . Happy it didn't hurt my mobo
