Great for seeing if you would benefit from a hearing aid, and then getting a better one.I have mild reverse-slope hearing loss and have been using these for two days now; they have helped in that music sounds fuller and I now hear detailed sounds I hadn’t heard before (fireplace crackling, microwave, fridge humming, pen, footsteps of upstairs neighbor). But very echo-y, kinda muffled, and somewhat electronic-sounding. The only mode that works is the first one and the third one, because the others make an awful clicking sound when active (in various environments, despite adjusting the hearing aid).I’m pretty sure the only difference between third mode (outdoors) and the first mode is that the third one is very muffled/quieter. I still get a lot of windy sounds when outside but the third mode helps. I just can’t successfully have any kind of spoken conversation outdoors.The tube is pretty inflexible, and the hearing aid sits comfortable on one of my ears, but it’s too long of a cord and shaped incorrectly for the other ear, so I have to loop it around my glasses on that side. I use the smallest dome and it kind of hurts— it’s stiff and it puts a lot of pressure in my ear canal. I do have small ear canals, but the dome is also quite inflexible.But it has helped me find out that I do benefit from hearing aids, and it’ll make a nice emergency backup pair once my Lexie pair arrives.

Comfortable fitting. I am now able to hear normally occurring sounds I was unable to hear for many years. In many cases I could hear better than someone who I considered to have "perfect" hearing. Multiple settings with fine tuning for each.

First time I tried this product.. I have a slight hearing loss but a major tinnitus problem, so much it was very distracting. Today I barely notice the tinnitus and my concentration is great.. highly recommended over the highest priced ones

Have to be charged every day and hearing is hard to adjust.
