Perfect, despite complaints I read in reviews!
Size disclaimer: I am 5 ft 1, generally slim but currently pregnant at time of purchase, likely between 130–140lbs currently. Will update with pics/video in shaa Allāh.First I will say that the neck area IS somewhat lose, but I wear the niqaab— that covers the neck area, and additionally the loose neck means I am MUCH less hot in the summer heat. This is NOT a flaw to me. For the salah, it is not hard to simply pin the side with a magnet or pin to get rid of the gap during salah (I do not cover my face when praying alone, so the niqaab covering the neck gap won’t help me during prayer). You WILL likely need to wear an under cap. Now, this also is not a big deal for me because my hair is very soft, and I have many baby hairs that will escape EVERY garment I wear if I do not wear a tube scarf underneath. I tried it first without but my hair showed and it slipped back. Not a big deal to me either but should mention just in case it is to someone else. The strings on this khimar are NOT short nor are they stitched badly. They are definitely long enough to tie with plenty of excess, inside or over top the garment, and they are well-made! Very substantial. Not sure if it was a quality control issue that gave someone else short strings, but I tried tying as niqaab and as regular jilbab and it worked fantastic both ways. I just always wear a separate niqaab, it’s more comfortable for me to eat and drink. The sleeves are great, I hate the ruffled ones they’re itchy and look weird. These look sleek and are comfortable and won’t expose your arms, but aren’t tight at all.For the skirt part, it has a drawstring! AMAZING!!! It is a long skirt but I pulled it up over the top of my preggo belly and it comes to the tops of my shoes still, for me that’s GREAT as I hate wearing stuff under my baby belly. As pregnancy progresses and eventually baby comes and belly starts to go away in shaa Allāh, I’ll be able to adjust where to place the waistband to keep my comfort and the modest length of the garment. This garment will not fit a larger lady most likely, I am about 130-140 in my pregnancy and I can’t imagine that it would fit super well at 150 or more (at my short height) BUT every body is different and it’s very comfortable on my round belly rn with the drawstring totally loosened. Also, my baby belly is extremely visible in most abayas. And even when I’m not pregnant, you can see my assets in regular abaya, and I do not tie any belts or anything. It’s just some girls can’t hide their curves. But THIS JILBAB— it makes me feel completely modest finally. I have tried every angle to see if my charms will be exposed— nope! OnlyThing apparent is my preggo belly, and even then you’d have to be really staring at me to notice it. Amazing chest coverage, back coverage, hip coverage, it’s just perfect. It’s the best covering alhamdulillāh and it is totally worth the price. In conclusion.. in my review I have tried to highlight the things that others may not like, but to me they are positives. I will add pic and video shortly in shaa Allāh as soon as I can iron it and wear it out. I’ll update with washing/drying outcomes and longevity in shaa Allāh. But it’s comfortable, light, beautiful, and modest— that I can say for sure already!Edit 1: I wore out twice so far. Comfortable, but I’m about to re-order in my signature black, cuz as much as I want to love colors— any light colors will attract EVERY POSSIBLE DIRT/STAIN 😭 I will save this pink for special occasions. A bit difficult to eat with for niqaabi, just keep that in mind if you wear separate niqaab. The neck part will hang forward if you lean forward too much. Very comfortable, no doubt about it. LOVE IT for wudhu when out, I take my arms out of the sleeves to wash them. But the water does make dark spots on the garment until the water dries. Doesn’t take long to dry, should be dry by time you finish 4 rakat, just be aware. Added some photos, I’ll add more later in shaa Allāh just cuz photos help me shop, so I wanna pass on the favor.

Better than expected
My daughter loves this garment! The only issue I have is that she is slim so the niqab part doesn’t fit her face.

Nice but a little tight
*Size: it is a one size fits all, the skirt is a little tight but the top covers where it is tight so not a problem. The top is long which is nice, my wife did say when tying it up the strings weren’t long enough so it caused her to have a headache but she ends up just tucking the hijab part into the top and wearing another hijab instead. *Quality: it’s good quality just the strings as mentioned in the size portion of my review weren’t long enough only complaint on the quality of it *Softness: it has a silk type feel to it don’t recommend for people who don’t like a satin type fabric but other then that softness is a 5/5

Perfect !! 👍👍👍
The fabric is so soft and comfy and you don't even need to iron it! Yaay 😄I'm pretty big (4XL) but it fits perfectly 👍 I loooove it and I'll definitely order 2 or 3 different colors!

True to size
Quality is great. It fits perfectly, I’m XXL since gaining weight and it’s fits perfect. Love the color as well. It can be worn top only or skirt only with other things.

Not cotton
Description incorrect and the sleeves are too tight to pull up to make wudu.

It's literally 100% polyester 🫠🥲
I like it but the reason i bought it was because it was advertised as cotton but when i received it, the clothing is 100% polyester. I wouldn't have purchased this if i had known that. I live in a pretty hot climate so cotton and breathable fabrics are a priority for me. The fit is pretty weird also its cheaply made and you can tell. The neck is too wide and the arms are too short (Im 5ft 2 send weigh 123lbs) and the elastic isn't very strong around the waist even though it has a drawstring I have to fold it and pull. Im gonna just change out the elastic. The tie is long enough to tie but honestly it's too short. You can't really do a bow tie in the back. The entire oufit is long and roomy (I like that so wear it often), but I honestly wouldn't buy another one. You get what you pay for. I just wish they would be honest and upfront and say the fabric is 100% polyester.
