I just added this to my daily routine and i already find it beneficial. The quality is great and i feel like i have a better level of energy and quality of life. It may be too early to truly tell all the benefits but so far i love it.

Ok, I have tried multiple brands and kinds of probiotics. None have worked as effectively or as quickly as this one! I take the Women’s Daily Probiotic. Doing Keto is great, except for the constipation that comes with eating so much cheese! This probiotic has helped dramatically in easing the bloat and feeling backed up. I noticed a difference in the first few days of taking it! My guts feel like they are just processing and digesting food better. My energy is also been higher and more sustained. I am a hard skeptic on most products but this really followed through on everything. It not only has the pre-biotics (food for the probiotics) which all pro-biotics need to continue doing their jobs, but also has a vegan capsule that is designed to break down more slowly so that the majority of the flora is deposited in your guts!! A lot of regular brand’s flora is killed off by the stomach’s strong acids. After a week of taking the product, I wanted to “test” it, by not taking it for 5 days to see if I noticed a difference. I ABSOLUTELY noticed a difference!! I went right back to feeling bloated and backed up, foggy, with lower energy. I went back on it and it all alleviated itself within another couple of days. I am so so so happy with this product!!!!

The best probiotic for women!

I love how this probiotic makes me feel throughout the day. I don’t have an upset stomach when I take it each morning or have any weird side effects like I would with other probiotics. If you are looking for a new probiotic or you are interested in trying out a probiotic, I would highly recommend True Grace! :) also I LOVE how the capsules are see through so you don’t have to guess as to what might be inside of the pill! A very nice little touch to the product.
