Q: Will this fit an evora full 400evf 121 mask?

No, I don't think it would work on this type of mask, as the mask liners are kind of pear shape. My mask is pear shape and about the size of my hand. I looked up the evora 400evf 121 mask and it is too small. The mask I wear covers my face from the bridge of my nose and rests mid chin on my face. The mask liners resemble a pear shape. I an so sorry these liners won't work for you because they have been God's gift for me. Keep looking, I am sure you will find something when you least expect it. Will be praying for you. One other thing you could try is switch out your evora to maybe a mask that rests on the bridge of your nose and covers your mouth. God bless.

Q: Will these covers work on a Dreamstation 2 full face medium size mask?

If it is a full face mask that is triangle shaped and goes over the top of your nose and under your mouth it should fit. If it is the type that goes under your nose it may not fit, but you could try it. Definitely not guaranteed to fit on the under nose style. This is only my personal experience.

I can not answer your question because we through away the packaging. I would think you would be able to go to the company website and at the bottom they should have a link to contact them. I do know that if they are latex free you will be very please with them. We would not hesitate to purchase more. They have been laundered several time. Sorry if you find out that you will be unable to use them.
