Inoltre appena arrivato, nel provarlo non ci siamo redi conto che c'era la plastica sulla lama e ha rigato tutta la caraffa..errore nostro ma avevamo fatto la copertura sui danni accidentali. Ho provato a chiedere se si potesse cambiare e mi hanno fatto subito il reso con estrema gentilezza e qualche giorno dopo me n'è arrivato uno nuovo. Ottima serietà e velocità
