We love it!
I love this neck pillow. It feels sooo luxurious compared to the one I bought at a gas station last year! The purple cover is so soft and has a nice little snap to keep it closed around your neck. I use pillows as a way to prop myself up as I am disabled, and this keeps me from having to strain my neck when I am in an inclined position. I wouldn't say that the gel stays cool for a long time, but it does feel very nice, and is pleasant to rest against when you have a headache or are tired. I love this pillow so much, I bought another for my mother for the long drive when she comes to visit! Her face is paralyzed, so she doesn't look it, but she was super excited to get this pillow! I think it's an excellent value for the price and quality. No weird smells or busted seams. It's incredibly comfy. If you are looking for something firm, this is not the pillow for you, but if you are looking for something plush and soft, look no further, because this is it!

Keeps its cool most of the time
Colors are much paler than in the pic, and it doesn't always keep my neck cool. However, it keeps its cool better than some of the other pillows I have tried. It is also very comfortable!

Pretty comfy
Really like this little pillow when my neck aches. (I have a connective tissue disorder which causes weakness in my neck and spine) so while I like that it has the cooling side, and it's memory foam; I just wish it was a bit more supportive.

I am very disappointed in this
I am very disappointed in this.. I thought it would be softer. It feels soft but it's very hard when it's around the next.. It really very firm and not quite what I expected it to be. would I buy it again no.

Comfortable...easy to clean
Somewhat cooler than traditional pillows...but the coolness is decreasing with time and a seam is coming unseen. Have had it a yr.
