Ordered these for a bin store very powerful in fact too powerful for what I needed

I could not get these to work. I have tried to return them but the Amazon website will not allow me to despite clicking on drop down menus.

Looks intact, but can't review it, can't make it work, don't know what I'm doing wrong with it

The media could not be loaded. Perfect for making a hatch in worktop

Does not work. It was completely locked and wont. Compress.

Good quality,does the job,bit of a fiddle to fit and set up,but got fitted ok after a few tries.
