The only effective diaper for cats
I have a cat who is incontinent with both urine and his bowels. Finding a diaper that works has taken me years, but this is it. It's made specifically for cats with a tail opening that actually prevents leakage. This is the biggest thing. Every other diaper I've tried has leaked huge amounts. Even when I adapted the tail hole with medical tape, the others would leak quite a bit. Also, you can adjust the fastening tape on these. Other brands lose their stickiness the minute you fasten them, so if you don't get it perfect the first try (on a wiggly cat, it's sometimes hard), you have to use a whole new diaper or tape over it. With these, you simply move it where you need it and it's fine. Finally, these diapers do a better job than any I've tried of keeping the moisture away from my cat's skin. Other brands allowed urine to soak the entire area under the diaper. With these, only the area nearest the point of emission gets damp and it's not soaked. This allows me to wipe him off and bathe him only once a day rather than after every pee. He greatly appreciates this as he despises baths. Like any diaper, if your cat has rear leg mobility, they will likely be able to squirm out of it. This one seems to be more comfortable and less bulky, so he doesn't fight it as much, but I do use a post-surgical recovery suit to keep it in place when he is going to be on his own for more than a few minutes. I'm extremely happy to have found these diapers. They are my go-to.

Great kitty diapers
My cat is not uncomfortable with these diapers on. I stretch the tail hole so it doesn’t hurt the cat when placing the diaper on. I also reinforce the tabs with tape at night when my cat is active, I have found the diaper off a few times. These diapers are a great solution to keep my floors safe from accidents.

Extraordinarily High Price!
I purchased two packs in size small of the 24 count pet diapers. The diapers fit snuggly and worked perfectly well for my special needs cat. The problem and reason for three stars is the extraordinarily high price for these diapers. $22 for 24 diapers is shocking to say the least. It would cost me $88 plus tax to have a monthly supply of diapers for my cat. This is not budget friendly whatsoever. So I did my research and like others decided to try the human baby diapers as an alternative because they are a fraction of the cost of pet diapers. I purchased 120 pack of size one baby diapers which equal to the size small in these pet diapers.. The human baby diapers work perfect. I paid $24 for 120 baby diapers.. The only thing you have to do is cut a slit on the back of the diaper where the tail goes. You cut an upward slit in the middle back side of the diaper without the tape strips After you have cut the upward slit yountake your fingers and gently pull the diaper slit sideways to expand the hole a little bit and you now have pet diapers! I have seen this time and time again where pet companies will charge an exorbitantly high price on, for example, brewers yeast in the pet version when you can get the same human form of brewers yeast for a much cheaper price. And that’s what I do with the brewers yeast too, because brewers yeast is great for cats and dogs to completely deter fleas and ticks and is good for them as well as it has vitamins in it. . I use the NOW brand of Brewers yeast right here on Amazon. I also got the human baby diapers right here on Amazon. I hope this helps someone who is in need of pet diapers Hopefully these pet suppliers will one day figure out that customers will go to other sources for their pets if they don’t come down on their prices.

Adjustable Foam Tail Hole Keeps It All In
These were a game changer for my kitten with FIP. The adjustable foam tail hole is the best part of this diaper, in my opinion. Since the tail hole adjusts to fit snugly around the cat’s tail, it holds all pee and poop in, unlike other similar diapers that have tail holes that are too big, letting poop slip through. The only reason I’m not giving this item 5 stars is because my cat removes these diapers way too easily. Other than that, I have no complaints.

They really work
We purchased the Extra Small size it fit her at 6 lbs with room to spare. She must have been comfortable in them because she never tried to get them off. Our 24 year old Maine coon cat was having problems making it to the box at night,& she slept with us. It was important to find pet diapers that would work. These diapers were the best product I have ever used. They were comfortable on her. She moved around in them with no problems and they never once leaked. “She put them to the test.” Best part I could easily remove the tabs to see if she needed a change. Super easy to use. They came with a nice premade hole for her tail that could be made larger if needed without compromising the fit. Last they came in a cute pink checkered pattern. She was our girl so it was a nice bonus. Compared with the pet stores these cat or small dog or rabbit diapers were cheaper and better quality and came in a 24 pack. Good price and great quality.

Not Great, But Could Work For Some Cats
I have a senior cat, he is in kidney failure. He's 20 years old so he's really an old man. Although he barely eats, but drinks A LOT, of course that makes him want to pee all the time. Other than that, his health seems to be good and the vet does not think he's "ready" for his final destination. But he still pees a lot. Most people know that when a cat feels pain with going to the bathroom, they avoid the cat box, and he is now at that stage..... so I've got him restricted to certain rooms in the house. Just FYI, the pee does not smell like cat pee normally smells. He has gone on the carpet in one of the bedrooms, so I pulled the carpet up. Was planning on putting tile floors in eventually anyway. He peed on the leather sofa. That's OK, cleaned as well as I could but the sofa will be going anyway after he goes to kitty heaven. The only other places he has to go is the floor. The majority of the floors in my house are ceramic tile, so not much of a cleaning issue. I've been putting pee pads down and he seems to be using those well. ~~~ So what about these cat diapers? I bought them a few weeks back and tried. I was able to get them on but you can only imagine that he didn't like them. He walked around in them fine. He could jump on the chair fine. And that's when he decided he wasn't going to have them anymore. He wiggled a bit and contorted himself and was out of the diaper in about 20 seconds. He did NOT like me putting his tail through the hole. I had to make the hole a bit larger - which was very simple to do. He does not have a fluffy tail, but the hole seemed to be a bit tight. I'm guessing that if a younger cat were to start on these, they wouldn't fight them much. I think a younger cat could adjust to these easy enough. Great for male cats as for when they begin to "spray" their territory inside a house. These are definitely not for outdoor cats IMO. ~ Not sure how these would work for female cats but I don't think there would be many issues. The best advice is to start you cat on these when they are young.

These WORK
I was skeptical about how these would work because the idea of a cat in diapers sounds crazy. But we were desperate as our girl began to lose bladder control at 22 years old. You have to slice the tail hole a bit so it is custom to your cat but once you figure that out, the diaper won’t leak. There is also a bit of a learning curve to get the tabs to be pulled “IN FRONT OF” the hip joint! If you don’t do this, the diaper will fall off. I found it best to have her almost in a sitting position so I knew the tabs were sitting correctly and I could pull them tight enough. After the first 2 diapers, she didn’t mind wearing them at all. I did shave her back side and base of her tail so it was easier to keep her clean. I also used a squirt bottle (from a tie dye kit) to wash her off because giving her a full bath was not in the cards! Hope this helps some people because we were desperate to help our girl during her last few months with us. Grateful we had more time with her because these diapers helped so much💜

LIFESAVING DIAPERS
I adopted a paraplegic kitten last year. The first 4 months were REALLY hard. It was a lot of cleaning up after a cat that can’t control bowel movements and many days I didn’t think I was cut out for the job. After months of using diapers I found in pet stores (all of them are terribly made and leaked or fell off every time) I stumbled upon these and thought I’d give them a try. They SAVED my sanity. We’re all happy and clean and comfortable now. Scoots diapers stay on even when he’s sliding around the floors and furniture. And he looks so cute even when he’s interrupting reading time for some cuddles. I’ll never use another diaper, so please don’t stop selling them because I’ll need at least a pack a month for the next ~15 years
