These work!
I take four of them even though the directions call for one. I know they work because they give me very light gas, just like broccoli and cabbage does. So they have the ingredients in them they claim. Easy to swallow too. I keep buying it. I hate veggies! This makes me feel better about getting some in my diet.

Great Supplement
Love Dr Berg’s supplements and his YouTube videos. Small easy to swallow, digest and I feel great. I take one before breakfast so on an empty stomach most of the time.
