Q: What is the max pizza diameter it will hold?

The deck is 12" in diameter, I end up making a slightly smaller pizza since landing a 12" pizza on a 12" stone is very chalanging.

Q: Do I need an adapter to plug it to a 220V electric grid?

This oven is only made for 110v. Do not adapt it to 220v.

Q: Could you make cookies in this oven too?

The Breville® BPZ820 Pizzaiolo™ is not designed with baking cookies in mind and has temperature settings that are specified more to the making of pizzas.

Q: I see that the whole oven is a little over 18 inches wide, but how big are the pizzas you can make with this oven? I'm assuming maybe 14 inches max?

The pizza stone in the oven has a diameter of 11.75”. I would say the maximum pizza size should be 11” or smaller.
