This is a woven floss and that can be very difficult to find in stores, but is better for getting plaque and debris between your teeth. It also is infused with Xylitol which makes it hard for bad bacteria to stick to your teeth, so that is a bonus. I don't know about the activated carbon in the floss idea, I guess it doesn't hurt anything and maybe it is evidence of them giving you the best floss they could dream of creating. My dentist seems to approve (yeah, I brought it in to show my dentist and hygienist). At least for me it is working well. No issues, and I'd be a little surprised if I did have an issue at a future appointment because I take pretty good care of my teeth. If you are not brushing, start. If you are not flossing start that, and any floss should be an improvement over not flossing. If you are doing those you might consider this floss, I like it a lot, and only use other floss when I'm in a pinch. You might also consider a fluoride rinse.

Wow, finally a fantastic floss that is the closest floss to Listerine Gental Gum Care since they stopped making it. This floss does not slide off my fingers like others do so it is easy to grip. As I glide it through my fairly close teeth, it feels like it scrubs my teeth clean, does not break and splinter, it's really strong! I'm so pleased to have found this. Other so called expanding floss I tried has way too much or the wrong kind of wax that defeats the expanding feature. The EZZI floss has just the right amount of wax that lets the fibers do their work of cleaning and glide into tight spaces. Thank you so much EZZI !

I keep trying to find a suitable replacement for the now discontinued "Listerine gentle gum care" woven floss. "Dr. Tung's smart floss" is the closest I've found so far, this stuff is less similar to the 'gentle gum care' but better than 'smart floss' in a lot of ways. The floss itself is super soft, no gum pain or really any discomfort like I get with any normal floss. The expansion is noticably helpful with cleaning, much more so than with 'smart floss' where it's more of a gimmick. Added benefit to how thick and soft it is is it doesn't dig into my fingers. The only real drawback is how thick this floss is. While soft, it only compresses so far. Would not work well for someone with tight spacing between their teeth, darn near feels like I could chip a tooth stuffing this floss between em sometimes. Any thicker than it is now and it would be completely unusable for me If they used 50% or 75% the material to thin this down it would be the perfect floss, better than 'gentle gum care' even.

So upset the quality of this dental floss went down! It was my favorite for the last two years and now the string is loose and unwound.. I’m not a fan of the change this company has made to their floss.

Love this woven floss. One of the very few floss that you can find that is woven any more. This is my only go to floss that I only use.

This floss will clean your teeth in a way I did not know was possible. My dentist always told me I was doing a good job, but when I came in last week for my cleaning, she and the hygienist asked how I had avoided almost any buildup in the previous six months. And the only changes were the Ezzi floss and brush. I had some Oral B IO toothbrush that did well with Glide floss, but after trying this, I will never go back. Not to sound gross, but the first time I used this stuff, it pulled things out that I had no idea could be there since I had used the Glide twice each day. It was mildly uncomfortable as it conditioned my gums, but now everything feels perfect, and I can't go back. It's also super easy to travel with, does not have flavor characteristics, and has reduced my plaque buildup overall. 10/10 would recommend this and the brush. Add ScrapeYourTongue scraper, and you will have the best routine of anyone out there.

This floss works just as advertised, which is unfortunately a problem. This floss might work for people with a history of great dental hygiene, but it sure doesn't work for me. The biggest difference between this and other floss brands is that it "expands". This floss appears to not be a single thread but instead multiple threads loosely arranged together. From what I have experienced, it appears to be "thin" when stretched out and when you start flossing, but will "expand" into something thicker as the grouped threads relax and/or get wet. Here unfortunately lies the problem. I did not take care of my dental hygiene in my youth, but as I am getting older I am trying to make it a more important part of my daily routine which is why I started flossing again. Due to my history, there appears to be some minor cracks in my teeth; about five or six areas. I have never noticed this looking at my teeth, but oh boy did this floss notice. When I attempt to floss in these cracked areas, the floss will always catch. When it catches, it will almost always rip off and stay stuck in my teeth. I am unable to get the floss out of my teeth by brushing, rinsing with mouthwash, or even using a toothpick. I have sometimes had the floss stuck in my mouth for days as I wait for it to dissolve(?) and fall out. Ironically this prevents me from flossing these areas which I am sure will only make it worse in the future. I wish they would add this to the "IMPORTANT NOTES" part of the product description because if I had known this would happen I would not have purchased this. If you have great dental hygiene, or have recapped all your teeth recently, I am sure this floss is just for you. The rest of us, however, should probably pass on this and use something more traditional.

Excellent floss. Previously couldn’t floss with normal dental floss, this floss is wider and catches more of what’s left between your teeth. This is the second time I’ve purchased it.

They are too thick for me

Este hilo dental es el mejor que he probado nunca. Es más grueso y recoge mucho mejor y con menos pasadas la suciedad del diente. Las personas con los dientes muy apretados este hilo puede no ser adecuado ya que se romperá el hilo y no será tan cómodo como otro más fino. Otro punto que me gusta es que huele a menta y es muy agradable.
