I got everything I needed. Everything was very good quality and I would definitely recommend it.

I liked the many docor options in this pack for the price. One thing I appreciated was the amount of balloons. I had enough to add to an arch and for other spots around the room. My only reason for 4 instead of 5 starts was that 2 of the hanging decor colors didn't match (pink instead of red) and 1 of the confetti balloons had different colors inside than the rest.

We use these for my kids birthday. The decorations were awesome. The plates were a little thin but they matched.

I know when you buy these cheap packages that you have to assemble them so I won't rate against it for that. Just know that you do need to put the banner and spirals together yourself, it's worth it for the price. It came with a large selection of balloons and the clear ones have confetti in them. My only complaint is the size of the tablecloth, it barely fit my dining room table.
