Works great, now my Coleman can burn propane or white gas. just attach propane bottle and insert in place.

I have an ancient Coleman 425C camp stove made in the early 1960s I found at a yard sale 30 years ago. It still works and works with the white gas, but with this propane adapter, it not only burns FAR hotter but is a snap to set up and doesn't have that obnoxious white gas smell! No messy filling, pumping, waiting for it to heat up enough to burn blue instead of yellow, no issue balancing the burners. And, ultimately cooks much, MUCH faster! With a couple of refillable 1lb Fuel Kegs and we're good to go! It also stows easily inside the stove, even with the white gas tank stowed.

I have a Coleman Dual Fuel 424 2-burner cook stove (white gas/unleaded gas) and wanted to convert it over to propane. This has worked really well. Seems to be well made and solid, no leaks, it is adjustable from a big flame down to a nice simmer flame. By playing with adjustment valve on the second burner, you can also get a pretty even/balanced mid-sized flame going on both burners at the same time. Lights up right away, very easy to install; no tools necessary; installation takes about 3 seconds. I knocked off one star because the spring that comes with it to hold it to the stove and in place on the burner is a little wimpy and I will replace with something better suited and easier to use. Overall - very good, and completely meets what I needed. Ready for the next power outage...and camp trip.

Makes for a great 3rd alternative to running my classic Coleman Stove.
